  • What is Rithmic Trader Pro?
    Rithmic Trader Pro is the platform you'll use during your Tryout to monitor your net P/L.

  • What are my login credentials for Rithmic Trader Pro?
    You will receive an email containing your username and password for Rithmic Trader Pro. Note that these credentials may take some time to arrive as we have to set you up manually. You should receive your credentials within 24 hours.

During the Tryout

  • How do I monitor my net P/L?
    Use the Rithmic Trader Pro platform to keep an eye on your net P/L.

  • What if I want to reset my Tryout?
    You can reset your Tryout for a $125 fee from your Members Area.

Troubleshooting

  • I haven't received my login credentials. What do I do?
    If you haven't received your credentials within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@apterostrading.com.

  • I'm having technical issues with Rithmic Trader Pro. Who should I contact?
    For technical issues, first check our troubleshooting section. If you still need help, reach out to us.
